It contains:

Directions/Usage:

Remove lock tab/stopper from the pump.
Pump an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad.
Use soaked cotton pad to gently wipe off makeup.
No rinsing required.
For eye makeup, place soaked cotton pad onto closed eyes and hold for 5 seconds before gently wiping it off.
Repeat until all makeup is removed.

Net Weight: 300ml

Moisten the cotton pad with 2-3 pumps of cleansing water.

It has a transparent, watery texture and it's not greasy at all. The skin may feel sticky right after application but once the product gets absorbed, it will not leave any sticky/greasy layer.
